City Chic long sleeve floral romper size 3x 24

City Chic has odd sizing, this is labeled XXL/24. Would best fit a 20/22 I think. The fabric is not stretchy. It is lightweight with floral and paisley print. Buttons on the front, long sleeves. Very cute for nicer fall days.
