No stretch, empire waist, short sleeve. Lightweight

 Labeled M 14/16, I think Ellos does sizing where S is a size 12, M is 14/16, L is 18/20, XL is 22/24. So this is like a 1x, but since it doesn't have stretch it runs more like a 14.
