Wednesday inspired floral maxi dress with collar 2x

No brand, labeled a 4x but would best fit a 16-18, possibly a size 20. No stretch. Short sleeves, cream and black floral print. Peter pan collar with tie at the neck and large cutout at the chest. Empire waist, full length. 24" across the empire waist, 28" armpit to armpit, 54" long front the shoulder to the bottom. Would be a cute costume to be Wednesday Addams.
